By accessing, browsing or placing an order on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Platform Nature
Dearlyy is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent city-based vendors who provide decoration, surprise planning and gifting services. Dearlyy itself does not manufacture products or physically execute services. All services are performed by third-party vendors, and Dearlyy acts only as a facilitator and booking partner.
User Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders and communicating with our team.
Orders & Booking Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment is received. Dearlyy reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to service availability, incorrect information, pricing errors or vendor limitations.
Customers are responsible for providing correct address, contact details, delivery timing and special instructions. Dearlyy will not be responsible for failed delivery or service delay due to incorrect information provided by the user.
Vendor Execution Responsibility
All decorations, surprises and experiences are executed by third-party vendors. While Dearlyy verifies vendors before onboarding, the final execution depends on vendor availability, location conditions and practical limitations.
Dearlyy is not liable for minor variations in decoration design, color shades, flowers, props or arrangements, as services are handmade and subject to availability. However, we will try our best to maintain quality standards.
Timing & Delivery Conditions
Delivery and setup timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, building permissions, security restrictions, strikes or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must arrange necessary permissions (hotel approval, society entry, rooftop access, electricity, etc.) before booking time.
If entry is denied at the location, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be applicable.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Approval depends on vendor availability. Last-minute rescheduling may not be possible and may be treated as cancellation.
Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the nature of customized services, cancellations are limited:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before event: eligible for partial refund
Cancellation within 48 hours: non-refundable
Same-day cancellation: no refund
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges and vendor preparation costs are non-refundable.
Refund timelines (if applicable) may take 5-10 business days.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary by city, date, time and customization. In case of incorrect pricing due to technical error, Dearlyy reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Customer Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, harass vendors, provide fake bookings or engage in unlawful activities. Dearlyy reserves the right to block accounts involved in suspicious or abusive behavior.
Intellectual Property
All website content including images, branding, design, text and graphics belongs to Dearlyy and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dearlyy shall not be liable for indirect losses, emotional expectations, surprise reactions, relationship outcomes or personal disputes arising from services. Our maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
Force Majeure
Dearlyy shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond control including natural disasters, heavy rain, lockdowns, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics or technical outages.
Policy Updates
Dearlyy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
