Payments & Refund Policy

This Payments & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made on Dearlyy (https://dearlyy.com/). Our platform provides decoration and surprise planning services executed by independent third-party vendors. Since all services are customized and prepared in advance for a specific date and time, payments and refunds are governed by the terms below.
Booking & Advance Payment
Dearlyy operates on a booking and quotation basis and does not sell physical products. A service slot is reserved only after receiving an advance payment or confirmation amount.
Advance payment is required because vendors begin preparation immediately after confirmation, including material procurement, scheduling manpower and reserving the time slot. Without advance payment, bookings are not considered confirmed.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Dearlyy does not store card or banking details.
Depending on the service, either:
Partial advance payment (token amount), or
Full payment
may be required to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount, if any, must be paid before or at the time of service execution as communicated during booking.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of decoration services, cancellations affect vendor preparation and time allocation. Therefore refunds are limited:
More than 72 hours before event time: Eligible for partial refund after deducting service and vendor preparation charges
Between 72 hours and 24 hours: Advance payment non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to availability)
Within 24 hours or same day: No cancellation or refund possible
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges and consultation/planning charges are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Customers may request rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to vendor availability and may be allowed only once.
Last-minute rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
Incorrect address or contact details were provided
Entry permission was not arranged (hotel/society/venue denied access)
Customer unavailable at location/time
Surprise rejected by recipient
Delay caused by customer
Change of mind after vendor preparation has started
Minor decoration variation due to material availability
Service Quality Issues
If there is a major service deficiency, customers must report it within 2 hours of service completion with proper photos/videos. Our team will review the case and may provide a partial refund or service credit if found valid.
No claims will be accepted after the mentioned time window.
Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
